1. Standard prepayment - free of shipping costs
   • The invoiced value must be remitted in advance. After we recieved the absolute value on our bank account we will ship the goods as fast as possible.
   • You will recieve bank account information within your order confirmation. You can find them on our website under contact as well.
2. Cash on delivery standard - 14 EUR incl. 19% VAT.
   • Goods are being payed at the driver.
   • Cash on delivery with DHL costs 12 EUR + 2 EUR return fee from DHL.
3. PayPal - 12 EUR incl. 19% VAT.
   • PayPal payment is availible for the entire EU in EUR.
   • PayPal payment outside of the EU on inquiry.
   • Credit card payment also accepted by PayPal.
     
4. Creditcard - 14 EUR incl. 19% VAT.
   • We accept Visa-, Master/Eurocard and American Express.
     
5. Pickup in our store
   • We accept payment in cash or via EC-Karte (with PIN).
   • Opening times of the store: Monday to friday 9am to 6pm
6. UPS cash on delivery Express 24h. - 29 EUR incl. 19% VAT.
   • Will be delivered until 12am.
   • Will only be accepted between Monday and Thursday.
   • The order should be made before 12am.
7. UPS cash on delivery Saturday Express 24h. - 45 EUR incl. 19% VAT.
   • Will be delivered until saturday 12am.
   • Will only be accepted fridays.
   • The order should be made friday before 12am.
8. Abroad Germany within the EU via cash on delivery - 30 EUR incl. 19% VAT.
   • Cash on delivery is available for the following destinations: Austria, Belgium, Greece, Denmark, France, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Netherlands, Czechia, Slovakia

13. Instalment sale (only for german customers available)
    • We work together with Commerz Finanz GmbH.
    • 100 EUR is the minimum to chose instalment sale. The annual percentage rate is 10,9%.
    • You will find information about monthly amount with each article that costs more than 100 EUR directly in our shop.
    • You can choose instalment sale online and we will inform you as soon as possible if it was accredited.
14. Leasing (only for german customers available)
    • Grenkeleasing AG is our partner.
    • 500 EUR is the minimum to chose leasing-purchase.
    • You will find information about monthly amount with each article that costs more than 500 EUR directly in our shop.
    • You can chose leasing-purchase online and we will inform you as soon as possible if it was accredited.
